01 Agreement Definitions and Scope

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "Member", or "User") and the vampbell management team ("vampbell", "we", or "Platform"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the vampbell.net website and all related services.

In this document, several key terms are used with the following meanings:

• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by you on the vampbell platform.

02 Member Eligibility

To register and use the vampbell platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Has never had a vampbell account closed or suspended for a prior breach of terms.

03 Account Registration

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the vampbell platform at any time. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances.

During the registration process, you are required to provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information, including:

1. Full name as shown on a valid identification card or passport.
2. Exact date of birth.
3. An active and accessible email address.
4. A Malaysian mobile number registered in your name.
5. A valid Malaysian bank account for withdrawal purposes.

Vampbell reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify the information provided at any stage. The KYC process is typically completed within 24 to 48 business hours upon receipt of complete documentation.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Vampbell supports a variety of payment methods for deposits and withdrawals for the convenience of players in Malaysia. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit Limits:

• Minimum deposit: RM 20 per transaction.

06 Game Rules

• Settled game results are final and cannot be altered.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, vampbell will attempt to restore the game to the last verified state. If restoration is not possible, the relevant wager will be fully refunded to the player's account.

07 Prohibited Conduct

Use of the vampbell platform is subject to a strict code of conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance:

• Owning or operating multiple vampbell accounts.
• Using bots, automated software, or scripts to play or claim bonuses.
• Collusion between players to exploit the gaming system or bonuses.
• Uploading falsified identity documents or misleading information during the KYC process.
• Any attempt to launder money or process illegal financial transactions through the vampbell platform.
• Misuse of customer support, including abusive language, threats, or unreasonable demands.
• Using a VPN or proxy service to conceal your actual location in order to bypass legitimate geo-restrictions.

08 Account Closure and Suspension

A vampbell account may be closed or suspended under the following circumstances:

• At the player's request: You may close your vampbell account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions have been met.
• Temporary Suspension: Vampbell may suspend an account temporarily while a security investigation is conducted, particularly if unusual activity or third-party reports are received.

09 Liability Cap

Vampbell is not liable for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Internet service disruptions or technical issues on your own device.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in keeping your password confidential.
• Any legal action or penalties imposed by authorities on you in connection with your use of online gaming platforms in your jurisdiction.
• Indirect losses, consequential damages, or loss of business opportunity under any circumstances.

Vampbell's maximum total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

Vampbell takes the protection of all members' personal data seriously. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is carried out in accordance with vampbell's Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

Your data is used for the following purposes only:

• Identity verification and mandatory KYC process required.
• Processing financial transactions for deposits and withdrawals.

• Detection and prevention of fraud and illegal activities.
